"The Ukrainian Academy of the Ballet" is the founder of MTsRHI the Honored actress of Ukraine, the Ambassador of the World Alvina Georgiyevna Kalchenko . The academy has the traditions in educational and pedagogical process. Each teacher has had solid vocational training, was the master of a choreographic scene, had the leading roles in the repertoire. The collective has the creative sign - to tell to children love to beauty of movements, to understand and feel music force. The special attention is paid to bases of classical dance, and then new elements, combinations, scenic images are improved. Professional and amateur choreographic education in Ukraine for the last decades is based on a technique of the St. Petersburg Vaganova Ballet Academy. The school of the classical ballet demands considerable endurance, permanent job, daily physical activities, attention, patience. The ballet tempers character, disciplines, forms feeling of a rhythm, develops grace, musicality. Occupations take place under live accompaniment, as in the best traditions of choreographic schools. The child learns to perceive music and to express it in the movements.

In Academy hundreds of children who have enriched themselves esthetically and spiritually were trained, knowledge of fine and eternally young art of the ballet has acquired, and many of them have chosen the ballet as the profession. A number of pupils of Academy became ballet dancers of the National opera of Ukraine of T.G. Shevchenko, some work abroad, showing the high level of choreographic school.

Feature of training in Academy is that classes are given in out-of-school time and it allows pupils to receive at the same time both full basic general secondary education, and choreographic. Our children represent Ukraine at many prestigious festivals and competitions. Pupils of Academy carry out broad concert activity. Graduates are admitted willingly on training to the leading choreographic educational institutions of Ukraine.

I worked at opera and ballet theater (Riga), then in choreographic school (Kiev), the National opera of Ukraine. I have performed solo and leading parts in performances: "Koppeliya", "Legend of love", "the Bakhchsarai Fountain", "Don Quixote", "Giselle", "Cinderella", "The swan lake". Schoolgirls: Elena Filipyeva, Beletskaya Tatyana, Andreyeva Tatyana, Storozhuk Oksana, Tatyana Vinokurova.

In 2011. "The woman of year" in the nomination "Woman Artist" according to the decision of Federation of women "The Special award for world peace" has received.
